We are looking at using a DAC161S997 in a 4-20mA circuit, but the temperature specifications are incomplete so we cannot be certain it will produce the accuracy we need over its full operational temperature range. A nearly identical part, DAC161P997, does provide the specifications we need for full operational temperature range. We would like to use the DAC161S997 because it has SPI interface, but want confirmation that the DAC161S997 has the same accuracy specifications over its full operational temperature range as DAC161P997.
Please provide your insight into whether or not this is the case.
