Hello All

after many works with ADS1291 ; now we move to ADS1292 ; I have some questions hope you could help me

the Respiration channel of ADS1292R : What does kind of output does it give us ? The average DC on the impedance ? Or the impedance it self ? Could you explain please ?

Hi Hector,

The respiration output from the ADS1292R is going to be a DC value, the actual impedance calculations would be done in your controller. This application note explains the process: www.ti.com/.../sbaa181.pdf

Hello ;

so I have an idea to use the impedance channel as lead detect channel ; for example if the measured Dc voltage is less than a threshold voltage the lead would be connected ;

our configurations : ads1292R : one channel for ECG @ 250sps , second channel for measure the impedance ( dc volt ) in one lead system ; we don't have RLd here .

Any suggestions or comments please ?
