ADS131A02: ADS131A02 can not ENABLE ADC Channels

Part Number: ADS131A02
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS131A04

I use an ADS131A02.

My issue is: After the device is configured as desired and ready for use, the ADC Channels can not be enabled. The Device response not as expected.

The datastream with the CRC checksum seems to be ok.

The Answer to this stream look like:

It doesn't respond with "0x2F 0x0F" and the checksum is not built.

After this command, i can not read or write any registers. If I simply sent the NULL command to read out the STAT_1 register, i receive the answer "0x22 0x21 0x00 0x00 0x00". This means, that an error with the

CRC checksum occured. But i transmitted it in the right way.

Configuration:

internal Reference

SPI CLK as ICLK (3MHz)

CRC enabled

Circuit:

Supply (Analogue and Digital) 3V

use internal Reference Voltage (2.442V)

Thanks for your help!
