Hi Nanu Alla,

as mentioned in the ADS1252 data sheet, the ADC produces output codes in binary two's complement format.
Means the most significant bit will indicate if the number is positive (MSB=0) or negative (MSB=1).

You may want to have a look at the 'Data Format' section in the ADS124S08 data sheet, which shows some more details.
Alternatively you may want to search the web for 'two's complement format' or 'convert two's complement format'.
