If I understand you question correctly, then using the TI Analog Engineer's Calculator will be able to provide you an answer.

This tool will allow you to type in the input voltage and the output code will be displayed. Since the SM73201 is bipolar, the output codes have a sign-bit at the beginning. Below I have pasted a screenshot of the tool for this 16-bit converter with a 5 volt reference. By typing in a different ADC input value, you will be able to see how the ADC will output it as a code.
