DAC80504: How long until parts are generally available?

Good Day,

I notice that these parts are listed as preproduction and the datasheet was last updated in December 2017 - is there any estimate on when these parts are likely to be generally available? Are the current prototype parts likely to be the final silicon and just not yet scaled to production quantities?

    Hi Tristan,

    Welcome to E2E and thank you for your interest in our device. The DAC80504 will be released to market sometime in this quarter. The pre-production devices will be similar to the production. However, the production devices will be a different silicon with complete characterization done.

    In case you want to evaluate the 14-bit version, you can look at DAC70504 that is already in production.
