Q - How do I use the internal voltage measurement tests?

A - Set the desired channel(s) in CHnSET and set the gain = 1.

For the internal voltage reading on channels 1, 2 and 5-8 the conversion result will be equal to the difference of (AVDD - AVSS)/2.  For channels 3 and 4, it is DVDD/4.  For a 5V analog supply, the reading should be 2.5V and for a 3.3V digital rail, the reading should be 825mV.  Please note that gains other than 1 may provide unexpected results due to the common mode voltages and PGA saturation.
