Does TI's TVP5150AM1 support 60-Hz NTSC video with 15.75Khz line rates? Table 3-3 in the datasheet shows support for 15.734khz line rates (Color NTSC) but there is no information on whether the old 15.75khz rates are supported. In advance, thank you for helping.
Is there any info you could share on this?
All of our video decoders were designed to support a horizontal lock range of +/- 5% from nominal.
The nominal horizontal frequency is 15.734kHz for NTSC.
Your horizontal frequency of 15.75kHz is well within the specified lock range.
This should not be a problem.
Note: The crystal frequency must be 14.31818MHz +/- 50ppm.
