Is there more thermal guide information about using TVP7002?

(With 1080p 60fps usage, TVP7002 goes too high temperature.)

    Hayden,

    These numbers only talk about the transfer of heat from the junction through the package. It is still a requirement to remove the heat from the package.

    The TVP7002 can burn 1.4W and the customer systems needs to ensure it is able to remove this amount of heat from the system.
