NTSC (Monochrome RS-170) to LCD (RGB Parallel) Converter

I am looking for a device that will convert a monochrome RS-170 (NTSC) video signal from a camera into the "standard" LCD interface.  In other words, RS-170 will be input into the device and 8-bit RGB buses along with Hsync, Vsync, etc. will be output.  Does TI have such a device?
