I have 2 questions.
1. How long does it take until the pixel clock is stabilized from setting resistors?
2. How long does it take to output the correct vertical/horizontal synchronizing signals from setting resistors?
When 1080i/59.94Hz signal is inputted it sometimes happens that the first vertical synchronizing signal is outputted incorrectly.
