Hi, I am using the TVP5151 for decoding standard NTSC video. I capture the video using the YCrCb and I use the SAV and EAV to know where I am. I had already done this using a Maxim chip that is now obsolete. I had no issues and I was able to count the 242 1/2 lines in each field on the maxim chip. Now the same code only sees 200 lines with the TVP5151. I am thinking that I have not set the TVP5151 up correctly via the I2C. I set Address 0x03 with 0x28 Add 0x04 with 0xDC add 0x0D with 0x47 and 0x0E with 0x00 ... all others are default.
