Storing camera video output onto SD card

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVP5150

Hi,

I am doing a project in which I have to take the video output of a spy mini camera and store it onto an SD card, The whole system should run on a Lithium ion battery. The camera output is in 1280x960 analog NTSC signal. I am thinking of using TVP5150 decoder to convert the NTSC analog signal to digital itu signal and then send it to a Microcontroller. Since I am new to this imaging electronics, I am not sure about the decoder and microcontroller to be used. Is TVP5150 the best option. What about the microcontroller? Which microcontroller would be best suited for this purpose, keeping in mind the next step of the project in which this MC will have to stream the video wirelessly to a phone.

Thanks
