My customer use TVP5150AM1PBSR.

Does TVP5150AM1PBSR have new and old version?

If yes, what is the difference of two version?

Because my customer use A12 SDK for TI5150 driver,

Old version of TVP5150AM1PBSR is ok.

New version of TVP5150AM1PBSR is not ok.

There are no new versions of the chip.

What is the issue they are now seeing?

Make sure all the datasheet recommendations are being followed. In particular there was an update to the datasheet a few years back which many customers didn't notice. It is necessary to have a pull up resistor on the INTREQ pin. See Table 2-1 in the latest datasheet.

If this pullup is missing there can be color artifacts.
