Help converting WVGA to HDMI

I am looking for an economical way to convert 1024x600 RGB888 with separate sync's to HDMI resolutions for an HDMI transmitter.  What's the most economical way to do that?  The HDMI transmitter can be part of the solution.

    On the decode side you can use the TVP7002 to digitize analog RGB.

    On the encode side, if you don't care about audio then you can use a TFP410 to generate DVI (with which HDMI is compatible).

    If you need audio too then you will need to find a HDMI transmitter from a different vendor since TI does not have any discrete HDMI transmitters.
