Is it possible to change below bitrate and framerate after change config value in TVP5158?

videoChannelConfig.bitrate

The bitrate in Kbps for video recorded on the channel. Allowed values are:

•          48

•          96

•          128

•          192

•          256

•          384

•          512

•          640

•          768

•          1000

•          1250

•          1500

•          1750

•          2000

 

videoChannelConfig.framerate

The frame rate for video recorded on the channel. Allowed values are:

•          2

•          3

•          5

•          10

•          15

•          20

•          25

•          30
