My customer has a question about TLC2933A.

They have used TLC2933.
However, this device became NRND.
So we promote a change to TLC2933A.
TLC2933A is pin compatible with TLC2933, but there is a concern.
<TLC2933 ... Their PCB>
2pin : TEST... Connect to GND
8pin : NC ... Floating
<TLC2933A ... My comments>
2pin : SELECT ... When SELECT connect to GND, the output frequency is x1. This does not any problem.
8pin : TEST ... Connect to GND (Datasheet). This is a problem.

Is it a problem to leave TEST pin ?
Must it be connected to GND ?
