I want to convert analog image(EIA standard) to digital image.

Does TI sell video decoder just for B/W that can convert analog to digital ?

If TI does not sell the chip just for B/W image, which  NTSC/PAL Decoders (TVP5xxx) series can I choose ?

If I can choose  NTSC/PAL Decoders (TVP5xxx) series, how do I use it ?

Thanks!!!

    Hi OH,

All of our TVP5xxx decoders can decode B/W video.  If you don't want any false color on the output, you can enable the color killer through the I2C register.

    Regards,

    Viet
