THS8200 &THS8315 had NRND, Please help check if there have the new P/N to replace

The  industrial customer will want use them in the new design, Could you help give some advise

    NRND does not mean the devices are obsolete and there are currently no plans to move them to obsolete status.

    NRND simply means there are extremely limited design support resources available so if the customer is experienced in using these devices there should not be any major issues.
