Video format conversion from Digital RGB to Y/C (S-Video)

Hello,

I am using the Sitara series AM5718 processor which has the digital RGB output interface. I have a requirement to generate Y/C (S-Video) format.

Is there a standard IC/Module which i can use to convert the digital RGB output from the processor to the Y/C (S-Video) format?
