Dear Sir/Madam

i need to convert composite video (low resulotion 400X400) to HDMI.

I am not filmiliar in video processing and i cant find a solution.

i highly appriciate if you can guide me to a simple solution.

Application is an inovative medical gastro endoscope.

    This will be a 2 step process.
    #1 Convert from analog CVBS (720x480 interlaced for NTSC, 720x576 interlaced for PAL) to digital (ITU656 standard)
    #2 Convert from digital ITU656 to HDMI

    For #1 you can use a TVP5150 or TVP5146/7 depending on image quality requirements.
    For #2 you will need to use a HDMI transmitter from another vendor since TI does not have any discrete HDMI transmitters
