Part Number: TVP5150AM1
We need to use a decoder ic for our camera module CS0313-PB,
the camera output is "Composite Video signal: 1.0Vp-p, 75 ohms".
we are planned to move with TVP5150, but its maximum analog input range is 0-0.75 VPP.
i think it is difficult to interface both devices, Could you please suggest any suitable part or any solution?

Please refer to application figure 6-1 in the datasheet and you will see that there is a resistor divider recommended on the input path for exactly this reason :)
This resistor divider maintains correct 75R termination.

As I mentioned previously the TVP5150 should be fine for this application.
If you need higher quality you can use the TVP5147 or TVP5160

We are using VGA camera, its resolution is 640 X 480.

No, the TVP5150 is not designed to work with VGA cameras.
The supported formats are listed in section 1.1 on the first page of the datasheet.
The camera output is Composite Video signal(single NTSC/PAL).
