Hello all,

I am a new for tvp5150.

I need to set it up for 656 8 bits

where do I start? is there any ready c code?

my configuration is that,

analog Pal enters TVP5150,

from tvp exits digital to TW8811

and from TW8811 going to LCD

pls help

    The defaults should be good for you for most things.

    You will need to enable the outputs by setting register 03h bits 0 & 3.

    It might also be necessary for you to force the decode format to PAL if you do not want the TVP5150 to auto switch the output format to follow the input format. Register 28h controls auto switch or forced mode.

    I also set register 0x0D - YUV output format: - 8-bit ITU−R BT.656

    0x0F - Configuration Shared Pins - to set direction of pins as my app

    this is excellent for starting point,

    now I will continue to set up the video
