cannot launch ccsv5 after a failure upgrade

when upgrading ccsv5.2 to ccsv5.3, a invalid url notification poped up. Then ccsv5 can never be launched, prompting :" ERROR: unable to find a manifest file, download seems incomplete, cannot processd."

how can i fix this without reinstall ccsv5, thank you!

    I am going to forward you to the CCS forum so that you can get the answer that you require.

    (however, from my experience, uninstalling+reinstalling CCS is almost always the easiest solution to this type of problem {as long as reinstalling is an option})

    Hi Yin,

    Brett is correct the best thing to do is remove the installation and do a clean installation of v5.3 into a new directory.   Are you able to try this and let us know how that goes?
