Help crashes consistently CCS V4.02 on Vista64

Help system crashes CCS Version: 4.0.2.01003 every time. The IDE freezes and reports in Windows Task Manager as "Not Responding". After killing application message from Vista appears notifying about Java runtime problem.

Error log and configuration files have been uploaded to my profile in case TI would like to take a look. Error log  lists all kind of problems with help like duplicate entries, problems with indexing, unhandled exceptions and more.

If help is configured to be displayed in external browser instead of IDE then it works almost properly (only Help entry in Help menu) as long as help index is not used. Selecting almost anything from help index brings the message that "Entry is missing or feature was not installed".

I uninstalled CCS and installed again - no change. USER ACCOUNT CONTROL in Vista64 is disabled all the time. All system software is up to date - latest Java (32 and 64 bit versions), all Vista components which is SP2.

Apart from help, CCS functions OK - I compiled CPU_Timer example for Piccolo family, connected to XDS100 on Piccolo Experimenters Kit and then downloaded and executed the program.

Conclusion: Help system is almost unusable as it is.

Any suggestion how to improve or fix completely above described problems are welcomed.
