Hello Ki-Soo,

These links seems to be good ones to start with to learn SYS/BIOS.

I am already in the middle of document "BIOS workshop student guide rev5_93.pdf" which I selected it accidentally. And I did two examples on DSP targets on OMAP-L138 under DSP/BIOS using BSL files.

Simillarly, I want to program ARM9 , creating projects,& ARM targets, SYS/BIOS configurations etc. and interacting with DSP core for data exchange.

Could you please provide some examples for ARM9 such as glowing LEDs, display LCD , McASP etc. on OMAP-L138 from LogicPD and interacting with DSP under SYS/BIOS?

I don't have any such examples of my own. You may want to try asking around in the OMAP L1x forum and see if someone there has any examples.
