XDS510, What error -6305 means?

I have a problem with connection to my custom board with OMAPL137BZKB3 with XDS510 USB PLUS debugger tool. The CCS version: 4.2.3.00004 showed "Error connecting to the target: Connect to PRSC failed -6305".

Can you please provide table error code for XDS510? What error -6305 means?

There is no problem with connection to OMAPL137 EVM by XDS510 external ebuger, so I assume the problem is with my board.

Please help.
