Importing CCS4.2 projects into CCS5.1 - Link order deleted

Just wanted to provide some feedback on CCS5.1. When I import a CCS4.2 project into CCS5.1, the link order information gets deleted. Everything else appears to be OK. Also, if I make certain build option changes (compiler select), the link order can again get deleted (still tracking down the exact steps for that one). Since we link in a number of 3rd party libraries, the link order is crucial to a working build.

      Thanks,

      Calvin

      Calvin,

I've heard this happen in a couple of instances but it's been difficult to track down a test case that reproduces it. If you have a CCS 4.2 project that demonstrates this behavior would you please share it so we can investigate it and improve the functionality?
