problem in exporting matlab coefieants to ccs
i have to design a FIR fiter in ccs v3.1,for this i require the coefients to be exported from matlab2010a.When designed filter in FDA tool and exportet to ccs.It came as double precission floating point..but i want it to be as short. What should i do..
Is it possible to multiply this double precission datatype with a another variable of type short and to assing the result to a integer?
Yes, you can do it all in Matlab. Export the coefficients to the workspace and there you can manipulate data as you want and export the new coefficients to be used with ccs.
In the mathworks site you can find documentation to help doing that.
