I have installed CCS4.1.2 to my previous project with TMS320DM642, then my project this time need TMS320C5515 , the Disk contained the drivers need for the board, right? But I don't wanna unistall the CCS , what can i do , I suppose you could send me TMS320C5515 eZdsp v2USB Stick driver. Many thanks！

The standard CCSv4.1.x already installs the relevant device drivers for the XDS100v2 (the emulator used by the C5515 eZdsp v2). Therefore, if during the installation of CCS you selected the C5500 family of devices as well, you won't need any additional step. If not, then you can try to add the support for this family of devices by re-running the installer and selecting the original installation directory (I don't exactly recall what version of CCS allowed to update after installation).
If you are also looking for example code, unfortunately I only have the v1 version of this eZdsp and can't tell for sure what is bundled with v2. Maybe the CD for the C5515 kit probably comes with an executable installer or you can download the example code from the support page at Spectrum Digital's website:
