The first version of CCS Uniflash is now available for download.
CCS Uniflash is a standalone flash programming tool that can be used to program on-chip flash for many TI MCUs. The tool is available for both Windows and Linux, and is free of charge. Uniflash may be used from both the GUI or command line.

EDIT: It appears Version 2 is currently available as a beta. Check my link below for latest release notes.
