      Hi Mostafa,

what license did you purchase/attempt to set up?  What steps did you take? Can you provide some details to enable us to help?   IF a floating license have you seen this wiki?

      Hi Mostafa,

are you sure you have a node locked license?  Can you confirm?  A "3 user pack" almost sounds like a floating license setup to me which might explain your problem.  Can you provide any details?  We need information in order to be able to assist you.   Do you see any errors?

      Best Regards,
      Lisa

      Hi Mostafa,

to help you in need more information.  Feel free to send your license file offline and I can see immediately if it is floating or not.  But with limited information I can not help you.

Please send information on your license and how you have tried to set it up/configure CCS.

      Best Regards,

      Lisa
