    Hi,

    a few comments.

    - please post things in a new post - I have done this for you this time.  I helps us to provide you better support

    - we have been having some server issues which might be affecting your attempt

    - I would very strongly advice the latest version, v5.5, installed with antivirus off

    - in order to help you we need the installation logs.  These are in the installjammer registry directory.  It might be hidden and is under program files/program files (x86)
