    Hi Lea,

    I have split this to a new thread for you.

    Could you 

    - clear out old attempts and try again with the full installer and antivirus disabled

    - if you have an issue, please send the installation logs.  These are in the installjammer registry directory.  It may be hidden and is under program files or program files (x86).

    Another option is to start with the v6 beta.
