After upgrading to CCS 6 today, I was surprised to find that Grace is not included anymore. I imported an Grace-based project but the compiler complains that the used XDCtools is not compatible. Opening the Grace-file in the project launches a XDCtools view and not Grace, so I figured Grace is not supported.
Will Grace be included in an update to Code Composer or has support been dropped? Grace is amazing for exploring device features without going through the whole datasheet, so it would be unfortunate to see it disappear.
Another question: is there a way to still use CCS 6 with my Grace-based project or should I go back to CCS 5? I think running the standalone version of Grace might be a solution, but if someone already figured a way to do it, please share it here.
