Has the these installation repository packages been deleted on the server?
Attempting to delete then revert or even reinstall individual Debug server and Stellaris simulators is proving impossible. Most the TI update URL have no package files and none at all show up in the list for Stellaris Simulators which was deleted by me. Troubleshooting ICDI debug into XM4C1294 states the frequency is out of range. No way to test the ICDI since the test button is greyed out. Flashed numerous times the same code minor changes but nothing to JTAG pins, just before this happened.
Revert goes a long way downloading package then just gives up near the end.
