CCSV6 Getting Spell Check to work properly

My spell check does not seem to want to underline misspelled words in my comments. It just doesn't seem to catch them.

I have read though a similar post here http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/t/287083.aspx

I have verified that I have spell check enabled in Window->Preferences->General->Editors->Text Editors->Spelling and that I am using a C/C++ editor (as opposed to just text editor). I have even gone in and done a complete clean install to try and verify that I did not mess something up.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

Is this still broken in the latest version? I have CCS 6.1.3 and spell check is not working.

Hi Doug,
I checked the status of this bug and it will be fixed in the coming 6.2.0 release (scheduled for the end of this month)

Is there any chance it will be fixed in the older versions via a software patch / software update? For example, if we are using CCS 6.1.1, can we get a update to fix the spell check?
