Hello,
there seems to be something wrong when creating a new target configuration for a C6674 device. The effect is that the Hardware Trace Analyzer doesn't work.
The problem can be fixed by opening the Advanced page in the Traget Configuration. The Port Number for DAP has to be changed from 0x5 to 0x9. I presume the value is also incorrect for C6671 and C6672 devices.
I observed this problem in CCS v5 and v6.
