LM Flash Programmer and Uniflash download issue

I'm having a hard time downloading LM Flash and Uniflash. It seems the server is down or I have a bad URL. I have tried several times over the past 48 hrs. Here are the links that I was using:

http://www.ti.com/tool/lmflashprogrammer

http://www.ti.com/tool/uniflash

I am either getting a time out error or an error stating page isn't redirecting properly. I have tried using two different browsers and computers.


I'd really appreciate it if someone can send me a link that works.
