ccs 3.3 kit connection problem with TMS320F28335/drivers error

hi all,

 ,  firstly, thanx a lot for answering my previous post,it helped me a lot.

I got a TMS320F28335 kit form my college, designed by VI micro systems(a good Indian company). In that package, I got ccs 3.3 and some other driver software's. I installed them in windows XP (in my college) and CCS is detecting the kit without any errors and I can do programming also.

But its not working in windows 8.1. This is the list :

what should I do now? 

please help and one more thing, I also have ccs v6 with me(i haven't installed/tried in it )
