I am currently using CCS version 6.0.1.00039 on a Windows 8 pro system. I have a segger j-link ultra+ with the proper driver software installed. Below are pics from my system showing the installed software, license usage and missing segger j-link from the connection type in target configuration.

I hope you did a complete CCS installation by checking all the emulators and tools.

Hi,

To add Jlink support you must download the additional package from the page below.

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/J-Link_Emulator_Support

However, at this time CCSv6 is not supported.

I apologize for taking so long to reply to this thread. I resolved the issue by copying over from my laptop to my desktop the ti directory. My laptop ti installation supports segger install. So by doing the copy I solved my problem.
