Getting assembly code from a C Tiva code

Is there anyway of geting the assembly code from a Tiva code that is in C? I tried adding -k to GNU compiler options but it doesn't work

My code was ported from energia so i can only use GNU compiler

These codes are only available in C. Do refer: http://www.energia.nu/Guide_TivaCSeriesLaunchPad.html

Try disassembly view of your IDE.

The Tiva microcontroller can be programmed entirely using assembly. I think you can find some tutorials about that in the internet.

Disassembly view is always empty. Maybe it can't be used with GNU compiler?

With the gcc-arm-none-eabi-4_7-2013q3 tool-chain the GNU compiler option to use is -save-temps, which cause a .s file to be left for each .c source file compiled, where the .s file contains the generated assembler.

[Trying to use -k caused GCC to report an error due to being an unknown option]
