CCSv5.5 crashes on launch of debug session

I'm trying to run a TivaWare_C_Series-2.0.1.11577 ek-tm4c123gxl-boostxl-senshub demo program, and every time that I try to debug the program, CCS dumps me out  and closes. Any ideas?

    Hi,

        Do you have a sensor hub booster pack connected to your Tiva Launchpad while testing the program.

        At the sensor hub example programs which particular example are you trying out?

        Have you tried the temperature_tmp006 example program and see the output at serial console?

    Hi MIke,

    how reproducable is this?  Ie does every example and/or program you try crash?  Only a certain one?   Have you tried a fresh workspace?

    In order to help we would need any logs generated during the error.  Specifically .dmp files and hs_err type logs. See this wiki

    Hi Lisa,

    I tried to install CCS 6 back on 8/5/2014. Both Andy and Danish of TI support have been in contact with me directly to work through this problem.  They have determined that a problem exists with a version of software that prevents the installation, and are working with "Bitrock" to try to resolve it.  It is a slow back and forth process, and hopefully, it will be resolved soon. Danish last contacted me on 8/27/2014.
