Hi Lisa,

My CCS5 is upgraded to CCS6 but XDS510 failed to connect to a target in WinXP SP3.

I try to fix this issue by upgrading the CCS license first.

But there is no "GET NEW LICENSE" in the "UPGRADE" but a "Get Updates" that directs to http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS#Code_Composer_Studio_Version_5_Downloads.

Please help.

    Hi Yulin,

    Please create a new thread in future.

    First of all, are you sure you have an active subscription?  You should be able to see this when you log into myregistered software.

    If you have a subscription and still have issues please contact:

    ccs_subscriptions@list.ti.com

     If you don't have an active subscription, please see our estore/local FAE/distributor to purchase a v6 license.
