Command line build raises java.net.SocketException

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CCSTUDIO

I'd like to build ccs5.5 project from the command line...yes, I have to use ccs5.5 because the Keystone 2 MCSDK does not support ccs6. Running it from the command line seems like it works, but it's raising an exception, so I'm not sure it isn't skipping any important steps before catching the exception. The exception isn't raised when the command is sudo'd, but that isn't an acceptable solution because not everyone will be on the sudo list.

  • Hi Ralph,

Jetty server is used mainly by gui composer feature. It should not impact your builds. However, could you try adding this line to eclipse.ini file after -vmargs line to see if it resolves the issue? That line exists in ccstudio.ini file as well thus you could copy it from there

    -Dorg.eclipse.equinox.http.jetty.customizer.class=com.ti.ccstudio.gui.composer.http.jetty.MaqettaJettyCustomizer

    Thanks,

    Martin
