such as "c:\CCS"?

A new folder that has a different name compared to the folder name, where you have installed CCS5.5 before like 

c:\newCCS

Sadly....It didn't works.

I re-install window 8.1 for the CCS. but it didn't works.

Hi Joon,

Unfortunately I believe your user name on the computer is the problem.  It looks like it has special characters and unfortunately the installer is not able to handle these in the user account.   

Is there any chance you could create a new account with a name that has no special characters (eg create a user called ccs or ccsuser etc?   CCS should install find then and you can install it for all users.  You can try v6 but you may run into the same problem.
