Install problem for ccs v5.5

I have a problem during my intallation for ccs v5.5. Here is the zip file. Can somebody help me?

Hi Suyi,

What error are you getting? Also, are the firewall and anti-virus turned off?

Hi Gautam,

It just says that there is a error in the the InstallJammerRegstry/ccsv5/.../install.log file. I didn't turn the firewall and anti-virus program off, since I use a company computer and it is not possible to turn them off.

Hi Suyi,

You have the environment variable _JAVA_OPTIONS set which is interfering with the eclipse installation. Temporarily unset this variable and run the installer again. Please make sure you delete any leftover files in your install directory. This has been fixed in CCS 6.0.1.00040, which is available for download from the CCS download page (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS).
