Hi,

I am working with TI Zigbee stack homautomation project with target board cc2538 i am flasing the image through SmartRF06 evaluation board with XDS100v3 debugger ..initialy it worked fine,,but now FATAL error comming..

Fri Oct 10, 2014 10:51:59: Fatal error: Failed to connect to the XDS100/200/ICDI emulator (connect ICEPick)...  (Error -230 @ 0x0) The measured lengths of the JTAG IR and DR scan-paths are invalid. This indicates that an  
error exists in the link-delay or scan-path. (Emulation package 5.1.450.0)     Session aborted!


is it any driver problem or Hardware isssue..Pls help me how can i fix this issue..

    This usually indicates a HW issue... issue withteh JTAG scan chain integrity itself. But you can try updating the driver to see if that may help. I see yoru emulation package is an older version. Try running the CCS update manager and update the emulation package (5.1.507 is the latest I believe). Also check your HW. see if there is any potential signal interference that can be causing problems. Check your board settings and cable.
