Hi ,
I have a XDS560V2 emulator board mounted on a TDMSEVM6678E evaluation board.
I would like to use the XDS560V2 emulator board to connect to another TI DSP which has a 14 pin JTAG connector.
Do you confirm the 20 pin connector (J4) is a JTAG connector with the standard 20 pin JTAG pinout?
I have build a JTAG adapter 14 pin to 20 pin, but when I connect it to my target, I had a failure on the XDS560V2 board.
The part U8 (8 pins part) has burned, so I have to replace it now. :(
Could you please let me know the reference of this 8 pins part to buy another one?
