Thank you for using TI's product and learning DSP. I have seen quite a few questions related to CCS compilation and C5515. From your other questions, I can see that you have a C5515 EVM, I would recommned to install C5515 CSL 3.04 and to follow the Installation Guide to compile and execute some of the examples to learn the flow.

It is best to stay away from the c:\Program Files(x86) folder both when installing CCS and for your workspace directory, due to UAC (User Access Control) issues with Windows 7. From the screenshot it looks like your project is within this directory. Please use a different location for your workspace.

Also please install CCS to a different location (c:\ti is now the preferred location). More information is in this wiki:
